- Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Poly Insights website, apps, newsletters, forums, or other services that link to these Terms (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. - Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect and use personal information. - Eligibility

If you submit, post, or upload comments, forum posts, messages, images, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant Poly Insights a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display your User Content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have the rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights. Do not share personal or sensitive data in public posts. - Acceptable use

• Upload malware or interfere with the security or operation of the Services;

• Use automated means to access the Services except through publicly provided feeds or APIs we offer. - Information-only; no betting or investment advice
Poly Insights provides sports news and analytics for informational purposes only. We do not provide betting, investment, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on our content. - Paid services, billing, cancellations, refunds
If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date via your account settings. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. - Contests and promotions
From time to time we may run contests or promotions subject to additional rules. By participating, you agree to those rules, including eligibility and publicity terms. - Third-party services, links, and affiliates
The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites, tools, data, or ads. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. We may participate in affiliate programs; links may generate a commission at no cost to you. - Feedback

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free. - Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLY INSIGHTS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Poly Insights and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. - Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose risk to the Services or others. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive. - Changes to the Services and to these Terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. We will post updates with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. - International use

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts for all disputes not subject to arbitration. - Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Poly Insights regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. No waiver is effective unless in writing. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
